Hikari First Bites is a high quality fish food that has been scientifically formulated to provide the optimal nutritional balance for newborn fry fish. Well suited to both livebearers such as guppies, and egg layers such as Angelfish, the slow sinking granules use a unique low-heat production process that retains essential vitamins, nutrients and amino-acids. The daily food source encourages rapid growth and optimal physical development, while containing astaxanthin which helps contribute to beautiful, vibrant coloration. As your fish grow, they will become more and more resistant to common diseases, allowing them to live a long, healthy and happy life. Comes in a 0.35 ounce container.

Directions:

Livebearers can consume First Bites right after birth. Feed as many times as possible throughout the day, while feeding the amount of food that your fish will eat within approximately a minute. Amount and frequency depends on the species, amount and activity level of your fry.
